A family-owned advisory firm · Atlanta

Large-company financial leadership, sized for growing businesses.

Gleeson & Co. was founded by senior finance executives from public and private equity-backed companies. Together we cover the full finance function, from the close and controls to planning, reporting, strategy, and M&A, so small and growing businesses can have the same caliber of financial leadership.

Who we are

A deep finance bench, without the overhead.

Large public companies have deep finance teams behind every decision. Most small and growing businesses don’t. We founded Gleeson & Co. to close that gap.

Our founders have led accounting and finance organizations for enterprises from $500M to multibillion-dollar revenue, in public-company and private equity-backed environments, and have advised CEOs, private equity sponsors, and boards. We are a family-owned firm, built for long-term, trusted-advisor relationships, and we plan to add partners and services as the businesses we serve grow.

What we bring to growth

The disciplines that let a business grow with confidence.

Cash discipline & collections

Know what is owed, what is promised, and what came in, and turn receivables into cash on a steady schedule.

Reporting owners & lenders trust

A clean close, sound controls, and reporting that holds up to a board, a lender, or an investor.

Forecasts and KPIs that show where the business is headed, so decisions are made ahead of the numbers.

Preparing for capital or sale

The financial foundation diligence will test, in place before a capital raise, a new lender, or a sale.

Our first product

Collect your receivables from last week’s QuickBooks export.

AR Collections Desk turns your A/R aging report into a scheduled series of collection letters sent from your own mailbox, plus a one-page Friday snapshot of what’s open, promised, and paid.

  • No QuickBooks connection required, and nothing installed in your file
  • Letters at the due date and at 7, 14, 30, and 45 days past due
  • Disputes, promises to pay, legal holds, and do-not-contact stay in place across uploads
  • Built and backed by Gleeson & Co., an advisory firm founded by senior finance executives

How we work

Large-company standards, with a long-term relationship.

Large-company discipline

The controls, reporting, and planning habits of public-company and private equity-backed finance organizations, scaled to the size of your business.

Relationships, not transactions

We are a family-owned firm built for the long term, and we expect to grow alongside the businesses we serve.

Judgment when it matters

Process and software handle the routine. When a decision needs judgment, you talk to people who have made those calls at scale.
